- Employee Assessment
Assessment is initiated by the employee or by a designated evaluator. The assessment is then reviewed by the reporting manager with an option to include another assessor. The app provides permission-based assessment and evaluation summary with details of activity at each stage. The assessment can also be based on ratings and reviews received for each case.
The reviewers can suggest changes which are properly tracked for each case.
The assessments can also be scheduled in advance based on the assessment cycle (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly).
- Assessment Cycle Tracking
The employee can view the current status of assessment in real time. The status updates are provided for each step of the evaluation process.
Reviewers can track all suggestions / changes to the assessment. These changes will be visible to the employee only after final approval.
- Creation & Assignment of Development Plan
Based on the outcomes of the assessment, the reviewer can create and assign development plan to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.
Development plans can also be assigned to prepare an employee for a higher role.
The progress of the development plan can be tracked in the app.
